Lifted 2015 Ford Dually

Looking for advice on the next performance step. Already have 5" exhaust, delete, block off plates, Punch performance tunes, intake.

What's next?
Fass?
Injectors?
Cooler?

Looking for order of upgrades and why.
Compounds will be the last thing I do.
