Hello All,
I recently purchased a 2003 Hummer H2 and have been thinking about a Duramax swap. I am in need of learning all I can as to what to expect with the certification process, etc. as I live in California.

You definitely live in the worst EPA regulated state in the union. Not even sure you can change anything. But when racing was outlawed only outlaws raced. hahaha
