Hello, I am new to the site. I have owned a 12V Cummins and currently have an 05 Chevy CCLB Drw Duramax. I am considering a newer truck in the coming months but know I have a good dependable truck now. I really like the 08 and newer Ford for their interior, but am skeptical of the engine, particularly the 6.4. Sold the cummins to my bother in law and it is still going strong at 316K, My Dmax has 186K on the body and 36K on the GM crate motor. The body on both truck is deteriorating, the main reason for wanting to trade up while the Chevy still looks decent. The truck is used to pull trailers for my small construction business and my 36ft camper so tuning one for huge power really isn't a concern, mostly reliability. Thanks for having me.
