Default hi to all diesel truck fans/owners

I am new to this forum and hopefully I will learn to navigate and communicate well. I live in central tx and own a 2001 Dodge cummins 3500 dually. I use it commercially to haul mainly in the moving business. I have a 4" turbo back exhaust and a Volant cold air intake, also use a Edge Evo HT tuner ,which I really like. 6 weeks ago I decided to upgrade my auto trans and I bought a level 3 Viper from PATC in Bossier City,La. and got a faulty one-had to send it back as overdrive burned up. I am hoping they will treat me right on the deal as it has cost me alot with the truck being down as long as it has. Should be receiving the new one this week ,I hope. Anyway i was wondering if anyone out there has dealt with this company before and if so would love to hear feed back. Thanks for listening to my ramble but I am looking forward to be a part of this forum-charlito in the great state of TEXAS!
