need help to solve problem with powerstroke diesel

I have 2 ford diesels ,a 91 and a 96 I have miner problems with both of them.One has 280000miles on it the other 180000.I am looking forward to getting help with some problems

96 powerstroke has to crank awhile before it starts.Even after it starts you shut it off and it still does not start as it normaly should.Oil level is good in the high pressure tank.
