Hey guys I got a 92 f350 I converted from a 2wd dually to a 4wd single wheel. I'm putting a 12v cummins in it and need to know, what can I do to it (performance wise) without stressing anything too much?! It's a 5spdout of a dodge

 

It really depends on the year of the Cummins, what pump is on it. All of the 'normal' things can be done. Turbo to match injectors and tuning. And first of all gauges. You MUST know what is going on or you will damage it. The search feature is yours to use if you want to learn.

 

94-98 p-pumped.

 

I would do the killer dowel pin fix before the gauges.
