owen a 2013 dodge larime Diesel 4x4 also 99 3500 4x4 v-10, in the process of installing a 12 v cummins

need information about wiring harness will a 95 3500 dodge diesel engine harness work in a 99 3500 with a 12 v cummins with a manual or a 47r auto?
