So i just bought this truck and am using it as a daily driver and sometimes to haul a couple horses... i am wondering what mods i need for more hp and possible better mpg. i bought the truck w/ the EGR delete kit, ARP head studs, and new injectors already installed, and have yet to purchase a SCT tuner. am i missing anything??

 

A good air filter can help, are you running the stock exhaust?

 

yes it is stock exhaust and it has the cold air intake as well..

 

I would get Gauges and an Exhaust

MBRP & Diamond Eye sound like good ones... whats the difference between full exhaust and cat-back exhaust??

straight pipe the 6.0, delete the EGR asap.
