I have a 1995 Chevy withe a 6.5 diesel the other day on my way home the truck started idling up and down on its own, and then shuts off. I have put a used aclorator peddle on it. It started one time and idled up and down and shut off again, I have put a new fuel pump and now it will not start. What could it be.
