Hello all! I just bought a 05 powerstroke f250 Lariat FX4 with 69k miles 2 weeks ago. It's my second diesel but first ford in my life. The first was a 01 cummins 2500 w/ 178k miles. I have a coolant filter and Edge insight CTS on the way with the EGT probe and will soon add the turbo timer. I'm goin to wait till my warranty is up in 3 years before I buy a SCT programmer along with the EGR delete, oil cooler upgrade and remote filters. I'm not looking to do a race truck with extreme power, but rather a good mileage daily driver with a little kick. I want this truck to really last me. We got it to make pulling our new 31' travel trailer a bit easier. Any tips off the bat would be greatly appreciated!

I'm stationed at Mountain Home AFB and just cross trained from Vehicle Ops into Metals Technology. I love the new job and look forward to retirement! I can't wait to read and learn as much as I can on this site.
