Hey yall, a member by the name of Danny told me about this site when I was at the pump yesterday. I've been a long time member of other diesel sites, some which have taken an enormous s#!t for the worse. Not gonna mention any names....thedieselstop, thedieselgarage..... Anyway, I figured I'd get back in the scene. I took a quick stroll through here and I'm sure I'll enjoy my stay.

I used to be obsessed with these trucks and the awesome power they make. If any of you have heard of DI Performance/Diesel Innovations, I used to hang/work with them a lot. And I also used to be one of "those" guys on the forums. Ya know, the 1000+ post *****. The narcissistic, arrogant, smartass type.

I got out of the scene when I realized one day that I was gonna have to spend about another 3K to get my truck in the low 13's on fuel.

So what did I do? ... I bought a 1970 Fastback Stang'. Of course I ended up tearing it down completely for a ground up restomodding. Sorry, no diesel this time. Single charged SBF ftmfw.

Did I save money? ...HELL NO.

But I still feel the same way about our trucks. I still blow a puff at fellow oilburners, and I still do my part at clogging a ricer's airfilter.

Anyway, my rig is a 99.5 PSD CC SB. Had her since new. It is the fastest chip only CC 7.3 I know of. If you think I'm wrong, lets lock it in.
