Another NJ Newbie To The Site
Well on referral of a friend, I am juming in and joining right away insteda of lurking to see if this site is for me or not. I like to see a lot of new posts and hearing about what mods have been done that worked, and those that didn't. This 2004.5 Dodge 2500 Cummins power is my first diesel for personal use. I have driven a lot of commercial trucks from mason dumps to straight jobs and tri axles. and like this one the best of the pickups I have driven for a few reasons. Ease of working on and ease of going higher are just a few. So far I have added intake and exhaust tothe truck, some look good items, wheels tires, running boards.... but the biggest investment happened last month, went and had my tranny GOERENDified, billet flex, input, torque converer, shift lever bands, and extra clutch pack in the front and back. I NEEDed these because the month before I got me a smarty S06. I have all the bits for gauges, just need a good day to get them in. so for now running just the 60hp+ timing program and love it so far. Bought the truck brand new and it has 57k miles on it, paid it off last year. looks like a great site, looking forward to getin to know more folks with the same illness I have, more more more power.
