2004 Dodge diesel common rail

I`m new to this site. Just trying to find out some things about my truck.

Ok,
Everything on truck is ATS. Well, I have a problem with my COOLER staying on all the time an it won`t go off. Not sure what the problem is. Maybe thermostat? OR, possible wiring problem. This happened a while back but stopped. Now, it has been on non stop this past week. I don`t want to drive it too far for fear of burning out fan. Any suggestions?
