Can I put 245 hp injectors in my 2000 5.9l ISB 24v 2nd gen engine with 5 spd trans & 4x4 it has 109670 mls banksbrakes and 4" pipes
pillar gauges fuel boost and pyro

are you talking about the injectors out of another truck that was rated at 245hp from factory? if that's what your meaning, then you can, but would have the exact same performance

you will have less HP. the 245HP have a lower flow.
