Hi all, I just registered this morning, I have been on this forum several times through various Google searches as this seems to be the one with the most information that pertains to the things I do. I am relatively new to the diesel world (and mechaniching in general) and I am pretty much learning as I go. I have various friends that I got to when I get stuck and I hope to add y'all to that list.

My first (and on going) project is the truck you see in my avatar pic. It is a '55 Chevy 3800 with a '92 Cummins 12V out of an El Dorado 40 pax bus. I could go on and on about the things I've done (and re-done) to it but I doubt anyone really reads the introduction posts anyhow so I'll save it for anyone who asks.

My current project (which I just physically started yesterday) is a '93 Jeep Wrangler that I intend to drop a Kubota V2203 into. This will be my wife's ride so she'll get off my butt about not having anyting to play in when we go muddin'.

Well, that's about it for now. I am looking forward to getting to know y'all and hopefully I will be able to share some of the painful lessons I've learned to save someone else from making my same mistakes, and in turn learn from some of your experiences and mistakes.
