Default Words of Warning

Jet A or JP3 Fuel
Maybe I don't know the real name, but you know what I am talking about
Be careful with these. When an airplane is being repaired, sometimes the fuel is drained out.
It is illegal to put the old fuel back in the plane. They have to fill with new fuel.
The old fuel id considered waste or a disposal. I had some come my way, and mixed it 50-50. The stuff was blue and had a different smell from diesel. My truck ran like a bat out of hell.
I was hauling a 10,000 LB trailer up a steep grade in 5th gear with my Dodge 1993 D350 dually. that truck shot up that hill like a rocket ship. I couldn't believe how good it ran.
The Bad news: Soon after that, the engine started burning oil, and there was injector pump problems like a leaking seal letting fuel in the oil pan.
