Hi, Im starting a project truck. I'm putting a cummins in the new to me 1998 3500 4x4 crewcab Loaded Silverado long box. Currently has 454,4l80E auto,4.10 gears,IFS.
Donar truck is going to be 1994 to 1998 Dodge 2500/3500,12V with NV4500,and am thinking of NP205 T-case from older Ford.Think i will have to change gear ratio from 4.10 to 3.42 and stick with a 275/75/16 .Not sure what to do with speedo,require adapter to geared T-case.Am thinking I will have to lower about "2" the front diff. Still research to do.
