is 12v 6bt head factory hard-seated or does it even need to be?
12v 6bt head questions. 97 1/2 engine going into 72 chevy. This is my only ranch puller truck. Does head come factory hard seated or does it need to be done? Should I o-ring the head or just use high end multi-layer gasket with ARP studs? Also need recommendation on quality thumper cam. I depend on this diesel forum, folks! Please come through for me.
