bens170, you should have no problems with fitment. This looks to be compatible with the 6.0 Diesel F350's as well as the F250's.

I have a 1997 with a 6.0 intercooler on it. I tow a heavy 5th wheel camper and my egt's can get really high with my mods. I would love to have this to upgrade from the stock 6.0 cooler to be able to tow more efficiently.
