Capable of 1800 degrees continuously and short excursions to 3000 degrees. It is a herringbone pattern silica cloth on top, 1/2 silica blanket in the middle, satin silica cloth on bottom, this is basically a top 3 layer blanket, a bottom 3 layer blanket, sewn together with high temp thread around the outside of the manifold. It's held on by stainless steel ties that go inside the blanket, you can not see how it is held on when looking at it installed on the manifold.
This give away are the newly designed blankets that can be installed with out removing your turbo charger.
Fits stock or aftermarket exhaust manifolds.
Comes with 4 stainless steel attachment ties.
* Faster Spool Up
* Lower under hood temps
* Cooler Intake air temps
* Lower exhaust gas temps
* 3 layer, 1/2" thick,1800 degree continuous material with the ability to withstand 3000 degrees for short periods of time. (Most other blankets are only 2 layer)
* Fast Install, usually less than 15 minutes
* Will not become brittle, stays soft pliable even after extended use.
* Some of the highest quality material available. Much better quality than other turbo blanket materials being used.
* Made in the U.S.A. With materials from the U.S.A. Don't be fooled by cheaper Chinese blankets.
