Thanks for the kind words! I currently dont have a personal Diesel but hope to pick up an 07' or 08'6.7 CTD in the near future( as soon as the wife graduates college for the second time!) I was at the Dodge dealer last week to get a tranny filter and saw a new 08 already on the lot. Not much has changed, but why mess with sucess, right? I do however drive a very large diesel on a daily basis,ES44AC and truely love the power. Without the diesel engine the world would grind to a stop!!

Wow... This is getting a little crazy. From what I understood, this was supposed to be about members who were proud of their trucks. It wasn't about who could sink the most $$$ into it. (Cuz God knows that would not be us!) We are VERY proud of our truck and felt that it had a great story to go along with it. We may not have the flashiest truck in the contest, but we like it and wanted to show it off a little. And, don't get me wrong, the other contestants have SWEET trucks too. (I may be a little biased though...) Anyways, if you came here just to vote, stick around... It's a pretty cool place if you ask me. Hopefully this contest will end on a better note than it started on and we can get back to just having a good time.

OH CRAP!!! I just came over here and voted for my "Boy" cause that is what I was told to do on another forum, but now, after reading all of the contestants submissions, I think I have changed my mind. Can I take my vote back??

Seriously though it was a close call between ez_lle71 and his sweet truck (gotta show some love for the 1st gens, I love them trucks ), Benjamin and his dually (takes some ***** to repaint and reupholster your whole truck), and Sharx Ram for all of his cool mods on a 3rd gen ram (which is the closest to mine). I like RSWORDS truck too, but he allready won a full silver line 4" exhaust so......

 

Vote for who you think deseves it. Everyone up there has a different "type" of truck. Sharx has a FAST @SS truck with all sorts of mods. Ben's got one of the cleanest (diesel or not) trucks I've ever seen. EZ's 1st gen is ppuurrrttttyyy. (I secratly love 1st gens, don't tell my truck) And mine is a Real clean stockish with some aftermarket goodies, more of a typical mods truck. Vote where you want!

 

Man I just got back from vacation and am supprised to see that the voting had started already. I do appreciate any and all votes for my truck, it is purely a personal opinion of what truck you perfer, some of the guys have great stories about their truck, most probibally are not shared on their nomination thread because if they told all of the stories we would crash the site. All I have to say is that everyone has a great truck, I am greatful for finding this site as I have learded a ton of information about my truck and my friends trucks in the process. This site is all about good times with friends, learning and teaching others about their rigs, and having a good time; or at least that is what I have found.

Exactly, this contest is supposed to be for "our" members to vote on whichever truck they like the best. This isnt a contest to see how many people you can get to sign up and vote for you or about giving special gifts to our members.

I suspect the next contest will be ran much differently.
