Not to spoil this thread as I understand that the NFL is like a religion down there but the Rugby World Cup starts tomorrow! Now this is a sport. Bring it on. Maple Leaf Barbarians all the way baby!!

Rugby is the sport at which your foot ball is based upon. You can do pretty much anything except pass forward. Touch downs are called tries. Scrums and rucks are common and side outs or line outs are when the ball goes out of bounds. the game is very fast, doesn't swap players for offense and defense and has no commercial breaks. it is also the only pro sport where the 2 teams will drink beer with each other after the game!
