Has a Perkins 46HP diesel engine. Friend just bought it and he has no owner's manual.
Anyone have or had one and could tell me what fluids we might need to change them all out, or what fluids(brands and specs) you have in it:
engine oil
hydraulics

thanks,
Heath

your a AmsOil dealer you should know this stuff, it will take 15w-40 Rotella, i wouldn't change the hydraulic fluid unless you can see its obviously dirty, just top it off and it should be ok........

You would think I wanted to be sure. When I grew up, we only used straight 30 weight in all our tractors. I've never dealt with one of these before and wasn't sure if a 5W-30 would work to go with a xW-40 product.

I agree with Logan on the oils. That little Perkins should be good for 5000+ hours if you take care of it.
