taking a close look at this debockle its obvious that someone wasnt thinking at all................how could anyone expect that wall to hold that water back after they exposed it by removing all that earth.....stupid

 

Look at the location of the job trailers also, they magically vanish between the first and third picture. I do not have any more details other than you can not find anything out on the net about this little accident. From the pictures it looks like this happened February 2, 2007.

 

I noticed in the third pic there is a boat floatin round out there too
