Default 50s ish Case construction king 4 cylinder

Got an old backhoe was about to sell and it won't start now always been a hard starter got some leaks but it has always started. with a quick shot of ether and bleeding the lines Well I let it sit for a month or so and I'm not getting any diesel out of the injector lines got good fuel coming in the Roosa Master injection pump. Screen is cleaned but I can't figure it out don't know much about these. thanks for any help I don't mind digging deep if I need to I'm very mechanically inclined do everything myself thanks.

Default fixed

Well couldn't find any info so got brave since I had no fuel took the top of the injection pump off and the fuel shutoff was hanging up and spring that pulls it back was weak so worked it and got it free then stretched out the spring a bit till it was tight and she fired right up and did the job. just thought I'd let yall know in case it happens to someone else. It was all right under the 3 screws and little top plate. 15 minutes
