Looks like a new dirt road, I'd bet he either hit the loose dirt in the ditch while he was goin to fast or forgot to open the gate while he was dumping.

Well here is the story, we needed 2 loads to finish the job, this was at 5 o'clock of course. Dirt road was crappy and that mixed with a new driver that thought he need to get way over on the other side of the road to get in, he ended up leaning about 45* and parked it. Called his boss to come out and take a look.

Well the boss gets there and says, well we need to get the load off of there.... Who am I to argue, its his truck.

Well that is the result.

Now here is the funny part, the first truck got in fine, went and dumped his load, came back and boss told him to hook up to the downed truck to pull it up right...

Well snap goes the drive shaft on that truck!!!

So then they had to call the wrecker...:pc:

Uprighted the downed truck, and he towed the other snapped driveshaft truck back to town.

Needless to say, I don't think he made any money that day....

All of this with one beligerant neighbor that decided he wanted to pick a fight with me because the tow truck was 1' over the property line. I had to restrain from kickin his

Funny, it looks like there is a gasser Chevy sitting in the yard watching.

Why did that guy try to pull him upright?

I have seen that several times both with straight trucks and tractor/trailers. They are never fun to have to get back on the wheels, let alone clean up the mess that they make.
