Default Homemade Dual Fuelers

thought you might like to see my home made dual CP3 setup

Bracket, CP3, high pressure line, and pulley. i made the pulley setup by welding a harmonic balancer to the gear.

this is the line i made. i cut two injector lines and welded them together and bent it to the required shape. risky i know but still leak free, and holding up

i ended up using a different CP3 and making a longer high pressure line. here it is running.

so far the cost has been:
CP3 - $100 ebay
harmonic balancer - $13.00 Pick & Pull
Dual CP3 controller - $200 ATS

obviously it is over kill for my setup. i am limiting the fuel via my tuning so as to not blow up my engine. i did it because i ended up with a spare CP3 after a project so i put it to good use

i hear you. some of the tests i did were commanding max psi for several minutes to make sure none of the lines leaked or burst. i also revved the engine to 4500 rpm, testing for vibrations, etc. in no way were these scientific tests but helped me feel more confidant in the build

i hope that line holds up, im sure it would. there are a few companies than can bend a line for you you just have to send them a line made out of brake tubing so they can bend you the real one.

But very nice job
