Ya, I'm aware of the boost issue. Thing is, boost is fuel dependent. No fuel, not boost. We are actually capping the boost at 60 for the moment. Hits 60psi once the turbo really spools. As far as the block goes, we are already pushing well past what others have mentioned as max. Nothing but a thing, we need to know OUR limits, time will be the factor for sure. Thanks for the interest, we'll keep you posted.

If you're into EFI logs, I have a few that show me lighting them at 75 as well.
Yes, I use EFI Live. Is there any other?
Actually fuel isnt boost dependent. I had a GT60 and just for giggles cut the fuel back and advanced the timing to see what it would do. I was still able to hit almost 60psi of boost without fueling REALLY heavy. Primary timing was cut back a bit and I was trying to get the pilot injection to balance the difference. We discovered this on accident in testing. The end result wasnt good but it still made a lot of boost with no benefit. Learned a lot from that mistake.
Yes, time will be a factor. I've destroyed three blocks trying to find a good balance. Boost is always good on a DMax but the fuel map better be tweaked correctly along with modded internals.

I could make a trip to Sydney with no problem. Just a short trip from there to Brisbane. I'll let you know the next time I come that way.

Oh come on now, no fuel, no boost. If the fuel that was not burning was cut, I can see your results. When my post count comes up, I'll post some logs( if that's possible ). How about 3200pw, 26000psi rail, dual cp3's, 30* timing at 3500rpm, no smoke at WOT and 1500f egt's?. Think that's possible? Oh, and very little smoke to WOT? No smoke is our ultimate goal. Mick's truck is an LLY.

On Edit: I did notice you said "Actually fuel isnt boost dependent." I am very aware that fuel is not boost dependent. I am saying boost IS fuel dependent.

We're both saying the same thing just in a different way.

Yes, I fully believe its possible and in fact thats my goal in building a Pro-Street class truck. Banks has proven it can be done so I think its just a matter of time before us little guys start figuring out the tuning. It wont happen on stock internals though. Running that much timing and fuel greatly increases the cylinder pressures and starts shrinking the #8 rod. I've blown up 3 motors trying to accomplish this but now we have rods and pistons available to make it happen. I have, however, changed my position on dual fuelers. So far it seems like everyone that is running duals are blowing up their motors and I'm not sure why other than really high EGT's. I'm going to run a single modded CP3 and compounds with a lot of timing and see what happens. I know a guy that has been running this setup for 3 years now and hasn't blown up even one motor while consistently turning low 11'. I think we have all the tools available to us now to get it done.
