rite now i have a 2005 gmc duramax with edge juice with attitude on it with out the hot unlock but i was just wondering about how much is the limit the stock allison can handle before its time to rebuild it

I would say no more than 90hp, but I have a quad s2 race set on 215hp on my allison, but if I run it to hard it will go into limp mode. I'm buying a sucoast soon

 

It depends, sometimes its 80hp sometimes its 120hp, its all in how you use/abuse it, Ive run 475rwhp thru my stock allison, it didnt seem to mind, but the TAPs were used to added hp already so it was already shifting aggressively
