Why do I see alot of Chevy's with the passnger side headlight pulled out? I am a dodge guy so i got no clue

 

their air intake is right behind there headlight so they pull it out when pulling to get more air, some dodge guys do this also...some pulls allow it but some dont because in the rules the truck must be street legal and if you are missing a headlight then you are not street legal
