Here is some info I found on thedieselplace.com....

I was told today " 09 will be a long build, prob through September, 2010 will be built until January 2010, or a tad longer if they have engines, than they will have a 30-60 day plant switch over to bulid 2011's. The 2011 truck will have the new emissions and the 6000K front axle, a stiffer frame and some minor other mods including sheet metal." I'm in the same boat, get a 09, wait for a 10 or wait and order an 11.
2011 truck has a pretty major chassis update. Sorry but, I'm not going into details. It is safe to say it will be more competitive on the GVW.

doubt it. Most likely a coil=sprung beefed up IFS.
I've heard the 8-speed Allison rumors too although no one mentioned it on this particular thread.

X2. I couldn't agree more. Seriously they went backwards there. I also don't like the interior nearly as much either.

Plan on buying urea, if you buy a 2010 or later truck. Also heard rumor of twins, but it just that a rumor. The Government will tell us what the new Duramax specs when they are ready.

Then park your truck in a field with the windows down. It will get dusty in a hurry.

New LML Spied

GM to stay with 6-speed Allison, 8-speed was too costly.

Around 390 HP/700 lb-ft torque.
