There's a guy in Aussie land that supercharged his LLY. It's pretty wild.

well i believe the real argument comes down to a turbo dosen't rob HP to make power. a supercharger takes HP away from the motor to drive it. i know the guy in Australia (who is a member here and i'm hoping he'll chime in here and give us some first hand info) has twin superchargers. and has ran the truck in a couple different configurations of turbo and supercharger....

Interesting, it's funny how theory can get in the way of reality. Just keep an open mind.

Thanks Ben. It would be interesting to know how much hp is needed to run a Turbo(s) - Theres no free lunches anywhere I believe. Maybe the SC takes more power but does it MAKE more power pro rata? And what side benefits do we see from both? On this Duramax of mine I have had apart from Stock, GT42 on its own, Vortech SC on its own, GT45 on its own, Vortech SC into GT45, and now Procharger SC into Procharger SC. So far this setup has the most potential. We have a way to go yet but this setup will blow the doors off the setup I had that made the 733. But time will tell all ...............
