Default FASS Problem

im looking for some info on the fass hpfp 200, the pump is putting out 50 psi and i cant find a way to adjust the pressure, of course im throwing a p0089 and idling like crap, anyone know a how to solve this

I dont have a FASS but im sure someone will chime in here who does .

First....what is your SN? I would like to see what the unit was actully built for.

We can change the pressure....but it might involve sending it back here to us for that.....

yes, a duramax should only see 12 psi. any more than that you could risk damage to the FICM or the filter housing

dang you should never see more then 50 psi on a street truck, ever, you'll destory everything. no more then 20-25 at the extreme. what setup are you running that you need a 200 gph pump??

dmax should only see 12(my airdog hits 14idle.) 15 is pushing it, they have to change out some tubing with some stronger ones after that.

this sucks ive had the pump for a week and i cant even use it or get any info on how to fix it

Call fass and ask them for a 12psi spring.

or ask them to verify that u got the right model based on your serial number.
