2007 lbz limp mode

What would cause my truck to go into limp mode, when not hauling anything and driving it easy.

It could be a couple reasons as to why the truck when into limp mode. Can you check the DTC's to determine why you have a engine light. That will help pin point as to why the truck is going into a limp mode.
