Default fuel mileage

Getting 11 mpg on interstate only welding bed that weighs about as much as stock bed any answers?? thats at 75

Delete the DPF and run a tuner that deletes the DPF.

I've done that and wondering if anything else will help. I am getting 13 mpg and I've took exhaust filters off and have a cold air.
