2007 Duramax no start

hey guys.

i have a 2007 silverado. wont start, cranks over no problem.
No Codes.
scanner says 143.3psi at the fuel rail.
new fuel filter 6000miles ago. but had air in it today.

any ideas?

also should say it has a efi live tune

Did the truck no crank no start once you flashed the truck or did the truck have the tune and this began to happen at a later time?

how much priming have you done? may take quite a bit when you get air in the lines
