Say I found efi live with autocal used for cheap. However it has no tunes. How much will it cost to tune?

Who ever originally tuned the Autocal would have to build your tunes or they would have to unlock it for you.

Wow so im better off just buying new. Is there any other programmer out there with the deletes that has a monitor? I would rather buy a tuner with a moniter over a obd2 and pillar gauges.
