my buddys got on 05 duramax with a edge on it. when he crams down on it real hard it will sit down on its face and then wont rev over 2 grand. anybody got some ideas what it might be?

 

Sounds like your LIMP. (take a viagra and then see how it goes) NO but seriously........Is he throwing any codes? Just has an EDGE on it? or does he have more done to it? What setting is he running his EDGE on? What happens when he doesnt "CRAM DOWN ON IT", and just drives normal?"

 

it aint got no codes. and the edge is all he has done to it. he runs it on like 90 i think. and if he drives it normal it runs normal

 

Once you limp the truck it gets easier to do it after that... Time for some tranny mods...
