Pull the MAF and clean it. use spray carb cleaner to clean it. Make sure it's dry before you put it back in. Don't need a run away engine or anything

Other than that, check for codes. There might be one set that won't turn on the CEL.

tried it in diff positions no effect cleaned it with maf cleaner also to no effect

check ur boots for slits. mine had one didnt notice it until i removed the boost tubes.

Checked em yesterday no visable damage tightend all of then again till i was afraid of breaking them a little better now but not what it should be i think the maf is caked with k&n oil and the maf cleaner cant get it off it looks like the sensor has ash or carbon burnt on to it. i forgot to hook the maf back up and drove it for about a mile fore i noticed the CEL was on but it had a lot more power running in open loop mode with it disconnected

this is the filter pack from one of the new style plastic WIX filters had 33% life left according to the DIC any one know of a better fuel filter?

I ussualy run the AC Delco. Dont go by the DIC for filter changes. Go by the number of miles you put on. I do mine about every 5k or so...
