has anyone ever seen the teeth of a 05 lly duramx fly wheel sheer off?

Yep, Indicates incorrect installation of tranny, Bolts dropped in the bellhousing or incorrectly installed or faulty starter!

WELL THE TRUCK ONLY HAS 36,000 ON IT. SO IM GUESSING THAT IT WAS DUE A FAULTY STARTER. WORST PART IS THE DAMN FLYWHEEL IS ON NATIONAL BACK ORDER.
