Default Transmission Running Warm/Hot

Hey guys, got a potential issue that I can't figure out. Was towing my boat the other week and noticed my TFT got up to almost 205-210. Normally it runs 150-165 I think. So I changed the spin on filter thinking that it would lower those temps but it's still at 190-200 riding down the interstate the other day. I checked the fluid level on the dipstick when the truck was on and in park and the level is fine. Any thoughts why it would start running hot all of a sudden?

Thanks!

pressure washing the (Stack) or the stack of coolers on the front works well. Try that pull your lights and grill. Pressure wash all the stuff on the front.
The correct way to do it is to take everything out pressuer wash and put back that is a pain.

If that fluid is any kind of old I would change that with transend
