Question Advice please!!!!!

Ok guys I have a question. I have a 2002 f250 7.3, and I'm looking at trading a guy for his 2005 LLY duramax with 165,000 miles. My question is what's the advantages and disadvantages of this. Both are nice trucks but is the 165,000 on the dmax a lot? What's y'all's advice?????

Biggest Factory in any engine life is how well maintenance was carried out and how it was driven.

Advantage is all chevy. better ride quality, lighter truck, common rail injection system, allison trans if auto, newer truck, cheaper to modify. My question would be why is the guy wanting to trade to an older truck.
