Jonathan, this is from my service manual directly related about the P0335 code:
Important:
Remove any debris from the ECM connector surfaces before servicing the ECM. Inspect the ECM connector gaskets when diagnosing or replacing the ECM. Ensure that the gaskets are installed correctly, The gaskets prevent contaminant intrusion into the ECM.
For any test that requires probing the ECM or the component harness use the J 35616-A Connector Test Adapter Kit. Using this kit prevents any damage to the Harness connector terminals. Refer to Testing for Intermittent and poor Connections in Wiring Systems.
The Following conditions may cause this DTC to set:
Any Poor connections or poor terminal tension at the sensor. Refer to Testing for Intermittent and Poor Connections in wiring Systems.
Any crankshaft reluctor wheel damage or improper installation
The sensor coming in contact with the reluctor wheel
The engine running out of fuel
Excess crankshaft end play causes the CKP sensor reluctor wheel to move out of alignment with the CKP sensor. This could result in any one of the following conditions:
A no start
A start and stall
Erratic performance

So maybe you got something clogged in your ecm or that race valve might have done something messing with your fueling.

i wounder if its not all the way tight and it is letting air out of the fuel rail or could my fuel rail be drained all the way and i need to bleed the fuel rail
