what is your definition of cheap?

i got mine from a dismantler. just make sure it was not in any accidents that would have deployed the air bags. ie: cab fire.

or ebay: 10370151 | eBay

Man I truly wish these things were cheap, I run a small repair shop and we see these come in all the time with this issue. They ran around 75 bucks about 6 months ago and I guess because of a supply demand issue they are now about 150$. Im sure you can find them at junk yards but I dont really like my familys saftey based on junk yard parts. body panels, trim lights ect.. are fine from a junk yard or aftermarket but crash sensors are pretty important. Good luck buddy

These things are available in the aftermarket, most autoparts places should have them. Quick google search for Dorman Impact Sensors will bring up a few locations.
