been kicking around the idea of getting efi live for my dmax. the truck is stock besides for a edge evo programer that is good but just not what i expected. does anybody know any websites that i can look at to get some good starting point tunes for the efi live on a stock truck? i looked at the efi live website and did not find any info on said subject. thanks.

Try looking at some sponsors sites on here. Call a few and talk to their reps. Do you have gauges on the truck? That's the first thing id do

If your not gonna be tuning your own truck, then I'd get an auto cal, u can still switch the tunes when ever u want, and can buy times from different people.

Here's some more info on an auto cal

for me personally, i would still get the V2.... its nice to know that you can tweak things if you want, I changed the shift points in my transmission a few hundred rpm, not something i would want to bother a tuner with, just went in and did it, no problems

Get Efi and use your edge for gauges.
