Default electrical problems

i have 01 gmc with some electrical problems and lookin for some help.
i need to know what the part is called that displays the mileage and if your in P,R,N,D so on.
also it has a tendency for the turn signals to stay on and i have to F around with the four way button for them to actually go off.
also mile gas gauge has a tendency to just drop...the tank can be full and i'll just sit somewhere for a little bit and all of a sudden the gauge drops down to past empty.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

The only way to fix the milage and gear selector display is to buy a new cluster.
