What is the best programer for my 02 gmc with out using efi live

Look into the PPE they are really good for the Dmax.

You wouldn't need to go to the HOT +2 if you don't plan on making big power.

I looked into it and i am just towing the truck but i might do more with it in the future so do u think the hot or the standard is the way to go?

I would suggest a standard for now and if you decide to go farther with your truck then you can always step up to EFIlive.

PPE standard is a good starter choice, but if you know someone with EFI Live do that, you can get a dsp switch and have up to 5 different tunes to play with. But the PPE standard is a good start. If you need anything let us know and we can hook you up!!

You could also look at the PPE Economy.

I would say go with PPE .. great tuner ... imo the best plug in play there is
