Default Torque Specs Head Bolts on LB7

Anyone know the knew torque specs on the Head Bolts for lb7. I'm preparing for the worst on replacing the head gasket. I just replaced the thermostats and so far so good but I think it could be a head gasket seeing how 01's are bad for this. I know they supposedly came out with new torque spec's for the head bolts to fix this. I was just wondering?

Whats wrong with the truck that makes you think head gaskets?

First step. 37ftlbs
Second step. 59ftlbs
Third step. 60*
fourth step. 60*

Or you can head stud it and be done with it.

Default Head Gasket

It's pushing coolant out the over flow.Did block test came back negative did pressure test holds like it should.Replaced surge tank cap stopped leaking coolant out over flow for two weeks came back though. Don't know been reading gasket issues with the 01 Lb7 motor. Truck is not running hot at least not prier to when it spews out coolant and low coolant light comes on.

Could be a poped injector sleeve. Thats more common than a head gasket on a LB7.
LLY's are very common for heads.

That wouldn't be as bad but what would that involve replacing sleeve and injector both? Well I was told though it's better to do all injectors if did have to replace one is that right.Still have to replace the valve gasket on that wouldn't I for good measures. This is sort of new to me first diesel. Have gear head father in law into drag racing and his friends in racing to help but they don't know diesel motor repairs as well as gas and this is throwing them for a loop as well. Problem is I bought a low mileage truck which is good but sat in pole barn alot and now is seeing daily driving, but love the truck and want to do repairs myself and get good with diesel motors.Plan on making truck a good 450-500 pony pusher. Been learning alot off guys from here.

Also long as the injectors are good you can remove the sleeve off of the injector. Put a new sleeve and o-rings into the head(with lock tight) and reinstall the fuel injector. The upper valve cover is sealed with sealant. The lower one has a reusible rubber gasket.
Take the glow plugs out. Put the cooling system under pressure over night. The next morning crank the engine over and see if you gett coolant out of any of the glow plug holes. That will at least give you the cylinder that is the problem and then you can go from there.
