I was wondering if someone had the torque spec..For the valve cover bolts and the injector
hold down bolts and the return fuel line bolts.

This is the answer that I got for the same question I asked on the Diesel Place LB7 Forum in the last week or so:

Gene

Tighten the injector hold down bolts to 37 ft lbs.

Tighten the return line banjo bolts to 12 Nm or 106 lbin. Tighten the 12mm banjo bolt that goes into the head to 11 lb ft

Tighten the lower valve cover bolts in sequence to 10Nm 89 lbin twice

Tighten the injector harness bracket bolts to 9 Nm or 80 lbin
7mm connectors to 2Nm or 18 lbin

Tighten the upper valve cover bolts to 8 Nm or 71 lbin in.
