also installed an LBZ cp3 while I was in there. Gets more flow

you can get a modded regulator for cheaper than a new one in some cases.

it takes about 2-4 hours to replace first time.

lb7 ones are a straight install, lbz,lmm, and lly ones you must plug in the connector first then install the fca and they might cause idleing problems that need to be tuned out with efi live.
